Debbie started to collect pieces of glass, metal, plastic, pottery and wood from her 100 year old backyard and in a dream realized she could combine these pieces with crocheting she learned from her grandmother to give them new life.. Debbie is inspired by the shapes, sizes and former uses of the objects she unearths in her backyard. She also finds a kindred spirit in other artists who give new life to discarded treasures..
