I paint from my heart. Whether I’m blending soft pastels, layering acrylics, or watching watercolors bloom across the paper, I discover a kind of quiet magic—moments where intuition and imagination meet.
My artistic journey has been shaped and uplifted by a community that continually inspires me.
The empowering support of Hotel Nyack, the vibrant creativity of the Nyack Art Collective, the guidance of gifted teachers, and the encouragement of dear friends have all contributed to my growth as an artist. Their belief in me fuels my passion to explore, experiment, and express the world as I feel it.

Lori W. Polson
Lori is an award-winning artist whose work was selected by a Guggenheim Museum curator for a juried exhibit. Weisbart-Polson began painting and studying art at a young age. In her twenties she attended classes at the Art Students League in New York City and traveled through Southern France on painting workshops. Her artwork is in private collections and galleries across the country. Lori has a BA in Communications from The American University and an Associate Degree in Advertising Design from Fashion Institute of Technology.
Her true love is painting and drawing. In addition to enjoying fine art, Lori has been representing preeminent portrait painters for over twenty years.
